Job Summary
Partner Marketing Manager Germany role focused on building and accelerating Floryn's growth in Germany by developing and executing partner marketing campaigns, activations, and content. Responsibilities include setting up German-market campaigns, developing the partner strategy for Germany, coordinating campaign launches (landing pages, visuals, event materials, content), organizing partner events, delivering co-branded campaigns with partners and internal specialists, translating market insights into concrete campaigns, analyzing results to optimise performance, and maintaining oversight across multiple campaigns while collaborating with marketing, growth, and external partners. The role is based in the Netherlands (Den Bosch area) with hybrid working arrangements, offering a front-row seat to a fast-growing fintech and opportunities to own a dedicated partner marketing domain.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, preferably in campaigns, partnerships, or growth
- Fluent in German (spoken and written) with strong understanding of the German market and culture
- Good command of English (and preferably Dutch)
- Live in the Netherlands or willing to work regularly from Den Bosch
- Independent and capable of handling high responsibility
- Ability to switch between strategy, coordination, and execution
- Data-driven and results-oriented
