Job Summary

Lead end-to-end partnership marketing initiatives across channels for Bright Harbor, owning the partnership marketing channel, developing integrated campaigns, and translating complex disaster-recovery topics into credible, human, and effective narratives. Drive collaboration with national carriers, NGOs, government entities, and vendors; contribute hands-on across content, messaging, campaign development, partner toolkits, and other core assets while maintaining clear ownership of outcomes. Define success metrics, iterate based on data and feedback, and bridge partnerships with survivor audiences through onboarding and beyond.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in multi-channel campaigns
  • proven experience working with partners in multi-stakeholder or ecosystem-driven environments
  • exceptional writing skills and editorial judgment
  • deep experience in product marketing and content marketing
  • ability to operate as a high-impact individual contributor in an early-stage environment
  • strong taste and high standards; ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure
