Job Summary
Partner Marketing & Growth Manager responsible for defining how Fora shows up for partners commercially through campaigns, co-marketing programs, seasonal promotions, and partner communications. Own deal processes and promotional mechanics to drive advisor bookings; develop enablement materials for the account management team; build feedback loops to optimize promotions; create case studies and discovery of new growth opportunities across the portfolio; collaborate across stakeholders from strategy to execution to align partner goals with the advisor network.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in partner marketing, growth marketing, or B2B marketing at a marketplace, travel platform, or premium consumer brand
- Experience building marketing programs that drive revenue and adoption
- Ability to own both strategy and execution
- Strong understanding of advisor or distribution channels; travel industry experience a plus
- Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior external stakeholders
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build where playbooks don’t exist yet
