Job Summary
Manage ServiceNow relationships with the Partner Ecosystem across the Americas by developing business plans, conducting account planning, and executing readiness assessments. Drive ecosystem governance through stakeholder communication, milestone achievement tracking, and regular evaluations while collaborating on joint GTM plans to generate new business. Plan for success via achievement target agreements, capacity planning, and roadmap sessions, ensuring partners align with ServiceNow's four C requirements. Conduct quarterly and bi-annual business reviews, execute remediation plans, and lead pipeline reviews to drive executive alignment. Coordinate with marketing teams on demand generation events and maintain partner portal systems. Approximately 10% travel required.
