Job Summary
Partner Manager (m/w/d) - Business Development in Berlin: manage the contractual and commercial relationship with a portfolio of mid-sized bus partners in the DACH market; lead contract negotiations and provide business/financial guidance; create decision templates from cost and performance analyses for FlixBus leadership; continuously optimize the bus partner portfolio; identify and pursue new business areas; lead smaller projects from concept to close, ensuring goals, timelines, and budgets are met; collaborate with internal teams and management; thrives in an international environment with hands-on entrepreneurial mentality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Transport Economics or related fields
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Business Development, Purchasing, Transportation, Logistics or related areas
- Experience leading projects independently and understanding planning, coordination, and execution challenges
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent Excel skills
- Confident in negotiations and project management experience
- Fluency in German and very good English
