Job Summary
Partner Manager for India based in Gurugram focused on driving Teads’ growth in the Indian digital media market. Responsible for identifying, prospecting, pitching, and closing high-value partnerships with premium digital publishers, negotiating terms, and onboarding partners to expand Teads' inventory. Drive revenue growth through upselling products such as high-impact display, native formats, outstream video, and Connected TV (CTV); manage post-contract executive relationships through QBRs and client sessions; coordinate with Technical Solutions and Product teams for integration, while collaborating with Demand Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product to align supply with market needs. Strong emphasis on commercial negotiations, market knowledge of India’s programmatic ecosystem, and ability to transform performance metrics into actionable insights for publisher partners.
