Job Summary

Partner Development Manager responsible for the full partner lifecycle with IDV providers—from activation and enablement to co-sell execution and growth. Develop joint GTM strategies with partners, define targets, identify opportunities, and create conditions for deals to close. Generate and grow pipeline through the partner channel and be accountable for revenue. Conduct structured business reviews (QBRs) and track KPIs across volume, revenue, and partner performance. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Legal to remove blockers and keep partners moving. Serve as the voice of the partner internally to shape product positioning.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS, identity, or privacy-first tech
  • Experience in partner or channel roles where success was measured in pipeline and revenue
  • Understanding of IDV value chain—how providers, platforms, and end clients fit together
  • Natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Outcome-driven and self-directed with ability to set targets
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
