Job Summary
Partner Manager to accelerate G-P’s market expansion through premier alliances. Drive revenue by integrating G-P products (G-P EOR, G-P Contractor, G-P Gia) into partner sales motions and position G-P as the indispensable global extension of the partner’s service offering. Build and leverage a robust partner network, lead regional GTM efforts for international expansion, nurture executive-level partner relationships, deliver high-energy enablement and training to sales teams, and manage partner-referred leads through the CoSell process to enable reciprocal opportunities. Strong emphasis on sales/business development in a partner-led environment, AI-driven workflow optimization, and experience in HR tech/HCM/global payroll domains.
Required Qualifications
- Sales Experience: 3–5 years of success in sales or business development within a partner-led or channel environment
- AI Proficiency: Minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows or strategy in a partner-led environment
- Sector Expertise: Experience working with, or selling into, the HR Tech, HCM, Global Payroll Industries
- Networking Mastery: Proven ability to establish trust quickly and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial professional connections
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, International Relations, or a related field
