Partner Manager

Job Summary
As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing business plans with partners selling Content Guru solutions, achieving revenue and margin targets, and maintaining a detailed knowledge of partner objectives and key personnel. The role requires proven experience in managing partner relationships, closing major accounts, and meeting sales targets. You will also need to effectively coordinate internal teams, provide accurate forecasting of opportunities, and mentor other sales colleagues while maintaining a good understanding of industry developments.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of eligibility to work in the Netherlands
- Fluency in German, Dutch, and English
- Good experience of managing partner and closing major accounts, typically of at least 4 years
- Demonstrable experience of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in partner sales
- Track record for managing client relationships
- Experience in the SaaS industry, CCaaS desirable
- Good interpersonal skills, including effective influencing and negotiating
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must be willing to commute at least 3 days per week
- At least 50% of time expected to be spent embedded with partners
