Job Summary
Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of consulting and SI partners across Europe, mapping account and pipeline opportunities to move deals through co-sell and co-working motions with the European sales team. Get embedded with sales and customer teams to understand the product well enough to demo it credibly, while keeping partner teams enabled as the AI-native workspace evolves. Identify partnership issues and work with leadership to resolve them, helping shape the partnership model regarding services and deliverables. Track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, bringing market feedback back into Legora to inform strategy. This role builds the program from the ground up in Europe, requiring travel to support joint customer work and relationship building across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development at a SaaS or AI company
- Firsthand experience with how consulting firms or SIs operate
- Comfort building a partner program rather than inheriting one
- Good commercial judgment
- Ability to run multiple things at once (relationship, pipeline, enablement) across several partners simultaneously
- Strong communication across levels, from partner leadership to field teams
- Comfort with a product that ships fast
- Willingness to travel to support partner relationships and joint customer work across Europe
Desired Qualifications
- Background in legal tech, professional services, or experience selling into law firms or in-house legal teams
- Familiarity with AI products and how to position them to buyers who are cautious about risk and care a lot about accuracy
- Experience as an early hire on a partner team that scaled
