Job Summary
Lead partner-network initiatives to optimize supplier performance and drive manufacturing-quality outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying performance gaps, developing certification programs, and mentoring partners to improve materials quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group program, conduct on-site assessments to promote Xometry Certified partners, and collaborate with marketing to recruit and enable partners. Responsible for ITAR conversion leadership, maintaining training records, and reducing partner churn, with 20-25% travel. Requires strong data analysis, strategic training program development, and excellent communication/presentation skills to balance supplier and customer needs across a global manufacturing ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- 8+ years serving as a lead/leader in supply chain or manufacturing
- Experience with manufacturing, machining, and the language and rhythms of the manufacturing environment is a strong plus
- Proven ability to analyze data and implement strategic improvements
- Proven track record of identifying knowledge gaps and delivering training and mentorship to develop others
- Top-class analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Fluency with presentation, document, project management and other essential business applications
