Partner Lead for Japan responsible for building executive-level relationships with Forum Partners, developing and converting a pipeline of partnerships in Japan, collaborating with the Japan Partner Success Team, managing partner engagement, retention, and onboarding initiatives, and leveraging Salesforce analytics to drive engagement and partner development.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in a relevant industry sector, preferably in banking, investment banking, or consulting.
- Native Japanese speaker with excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time
