Partner – Labor & Employment at a mid-sized business law firm in Philadelphia. Seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to lead the practice across counseling, litigation, and compliance; advise mid-sized to emerging-growth businesses, executives, and investors on employment-related strategy, investigations, and risk mitigation; handle matters including discrimination, harassment, wage/hour issues, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, internal investigations, workforce restructurings, and NLRB proceedings; collaborate across practice areas to deliver integrated client-centric solutions; contribute to thought leadership, mentor junior attorneys, and support practice development initiatives.
