Partner Integrations Specialist

Job Summary
Coordinate and manage the technical delivery of JUMO's integrations from scoping to go-live and post-launch support; manage and coordinate partner-led deployments (including after-hours windows); present and lead technical demos to external partners or internal teams; travel across Africa to work with partners on-site; create and maintain technical integration documentation capturing business requirements (sequence, architecture, component diagrams); act as bridge between external partners and internal technical teams; discuss technical details with internal teams and partners; resolve integration issues via monitoring, root cause analysis and implemented solutions; handle technical escalations and follow up on support requests; perform systems integration testing and user acceptance testing by creating and executing test cases; make decisions with partial information in a fast-paced environment; required 5-8+ years coordinating between multiple teams to deliver software products; technical background in RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, cloud technologies; Agile; Mermaid/PlantUML; stakeholder management; self-management; proactive communication; ability to adapt to changing priorities; comfortable with enabling automation and lightweight tools; remote-first working environment with flexibility to work from within South Africa.
Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree or diploma
- 5 - 8+ years' experience coordinating between multiple teams to deliver software products
- A technical background with experience in 3rd Party integrations, RESTful APIs, JSON/XML and cloud technologies
- Experience with Agile processes and software development lifecycles
- Technical analysis and requirements gathering
- Code-based diagrams (Mermaid or PlantUML)
- Stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with partners
- Positive and constructive attitude
- Ability to self-manage and take ownership
- Ability to push back constructively and say 'no' where appropriate
- Ability to adapt communication style to technical and non-technical audiences
- Logical and critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and stay flexible with changing priorities
- Comfortable building lightweight tools or automations (e.g. scripts, Google Apps Script, JavaScript)
- Willingness to travel across Africa (on-site with partners)
