Job Summary
Execute comprehensive administrative and logistical support for the lateral integration manager across global partner onboarding initiatives. Develop and implement individualized integration plans for new lateral partners, facilitating introductions, internal meetings, and professional development activities. Track integration progress, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and collaborate with the Legal Talent team to ensure alignment on recruiting and integration priorities. Design and execute onboarding orientation activities, including welcome communications and meeting logistics, while partnering with administrative departments and practice groups. This role supports the firm's robust global platform for lateral partner integration, requiring a hybrid schedule and the ability to adapt to late hours or weekend work as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university
- minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional client service focus
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
