Job Summary
Provide individualized one-on-one support for a portfolio of lateral and internally promoted partners to facilitate their successful integration into the partnership. Coordinate with the Partner Recruiting team to align recruitment processes with integration strategies, ensuring prospective hires receive informed guidance. Collaborate with directors and other managers to understand incoming partners' objectives, practice areas, and client bases, continuously evolving the integration process through feedback and best practices. Develop and execute tailored integration strategies for each assigned partner, focusing on their support within the firm's platform and culture. Ensure ongoing progress toward integration goals and identify new opportunities for further participation in the Platform Integration Program. Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- preferably a JD or equivalent
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in legal or other professional services environment
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role
- This role will be located in our New York office
- This role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence

- Exhibit the ability to develop extensive knowledge of the firm's personnel, procedures, policies and processes
- Possess superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships and trust with lawyers and staff at all organizational levels
