Job Summary

Partner Growth Manager responsible for the full-funnel lifecycle of Payoneer’s Payments and Workforce Management partnerships. Drive market expansion by prospecting WFM platforms and payment providers, own the SDR-to-Close workflow via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls, tailor value propositions, and guide onboarding from signed to active. Build bespoke enablement materials, assist with KYC and integration questionnaires, and equip regional account managers with tools and data. Manage ecosystem activation through governance (MBRs/QBRs) and education initiatives like webinars and training sessions to keep Payoneer top-of-mind for partner sales teams. Requirements include ~5 years in tech partnerships/channel sales/account management and proven outbound activity; Payments/WFM knowledge is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • ~5 years in the tech sector within Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Account Management
  • Proven outbound activity and ability to generate own leads
  • Ability to translate complex onboarding processes (KYC, onboarding) into partner materials
  • Experience building enablement materials (decks, client-facing collateral, internal playbooks)
  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills
  • Familiarity with Payments or Workforce Management landscape is a plus
