Job Summary
Optimize rate and availability competitiveness on the Expedia platform to increase customer conversion while securing additional lodging rates during high demand and compression periods. Reach out daily to a portfolio of existing accommodation partners to educate them on self-service features, re-engage dormant partners, and coordinate with in-market account management teams for aligned competitiveness across high-demand Asia Pacific markets. Shop sites manually to identify root causes of uncompetitiveness missed by automated tools. This predominantly phone-based role supports the Partner Growth & Agility, Competitiveness Agility Team's goal of improving conversion rates for high-demand markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Native proficiency in Thai Language
- Business-level proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel sales/revenue management, account management, inside sales or business development
- Able to work independently as well as be a strong team worker
- Demonstrate ability to work based on a variety targets, goals and/or strategic objectives set by the leadership team
- Appetite for innovative technology, fast-changing business environment, robust data driven analysis
