Partner Gesellschaftsrecht/M&A München (m/w/d)

Develop M&A and corporate law practice in Munich by advising on transactions, restructuring, and capital market law while acquiring and managing national, European, and international mandates. Build relationships with network law firms and corporate advisors, and lead client development initiatives such as publications and seminars. Collaborate with the corporate practice group to create short-, medium-, and long-term strategic plans for expanding the M&A sector. This role requires a partner with at least eight years of experience in a reputable international firm, ideally holding an LL.M. and possessing strong acquisition skills.
