Partner - First-Party Commercial Property Insurance Coverage

Job Summary
Lead and manage first-party commercial property coverage matters on a national scale, analyzing high-value commercial property losses including large-scale fire, casualty events, business interruption, and commercial dishonesty claims. Oversee and participate in complex arson and fraud investigations while regularly conducting detailed Examinations Under Oath of insureds and key witnesses. Drive strategic coverage litigation from inception through trial, actively representing carriers in federal and state courts throughout the United States. This role requires an 8+ year track record in insurance coverage with heavy emphasis on first-party commercial property, including proven trial preparation or first-chair trial experience. Candidates must hold an active Texas bar license with multi-state admissions as a plus. Required Qualifications
