Develop and deliver training curriculums for AIA products and services to agents and partners. Design training classes and training materials on AIA products, services, and selling techniques. Coordinate and conduct relevant training; monitor and evaluate training programs and implement enhancements. Collaborate with channels to establish training plans and gap analyses, and drive improvements in training delivery.
