Job Summary
Execute onboarding engagements with military headquarters to understand use cases, pain points, and technical requirements, building strong relationships with users and mid-level stakeholders. Serve as the primary support contact during exercises and day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure smooth application implementation. Gather and communicate product feedback to the engineering team while recommending improvements and driving expansion of product usage across staff workflows. Manage account health and growth opportunities to support retention and renewals. This role is based in Fort Bliss, TX, and requires a Secret Clearance. The position sits within Onebrief's Customer Relations Team, where the team builds AI-powered workflow software for military planning and operational coordination.
