Partner Engagement Officer (Orlando/Central Florida)

Manage a portfolio of 100–125 mid-tier donors across Central Florida and Chicagoland, focusing on deepening relationships and increasing average gift size through consistent, personalized outreach. Conduct 50–75 calls, send 25–50 personalized emails, write 5–10 handwritten notes, and facilitate 10–20 real conversations monthly to ensure donors feel known and valued. Track all activity rigorously in the CRM and prioritize recurring givers while guiding recipients toward international giving opportunities. Participate in quarterly portfolio reviews with the Advancement team and prepare for key gatherings in Orlando and Chicago. This role requires a commitment to relational connection over mass marketing, utilizing existing resources to build an alliance of believers who bring light to correctional communities.
