Job Summary
Partner Enablement Specialist responsible for onboarding, certification and ongoing enablement of agency- and system-integrator-partners across Europe with a focus on Germany. Develop enablement content (videos, workshops, documentation, e-learning modules, playbooks and resources), deliver trainings, tailor communication to business and technical audiences, drive partner maturity and performance, enable partners for product launches (Alpha, Beta, Soft Launch, GA) with current positioning, demos and pricing, maintain partner collateral and enablement documentation for Europe (with strong focus on Germany), track enablement KPIs, gather feedback, and optimize programs based on business outcomes. Collaborate with Partner Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, and support partner events and regional enablement sessions. Flexibly travel to events/partner meetings (~10%), and operate in hybrid locations in Pforzheim, Berlin, and Stockholm.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Jahre Enablement-, Training- oder Education-Erfahrung
- Erfahrung mit Content-Creation über mehrere Formate (Video, Workshop, E-Learning, Playbook, Doku)
- Starke eCommerce-Expertise
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 10 %
