Job Summary
Partner Enablement Manager to drive onboarding, activation, and enablement across the APAC partner ecosystem. Deliver onboarding experiences, roll out training, certifications, workshops, and enablement initiatives. Partner with Partner Sales Managers to activate high-potential partners, adapt enablement content for regional needs, gather feedback, track readiness and activation metrics, and travel across APAC to deliver training and partner events.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel programs, training, or related SaaS/technology roles
- Experience working with channel, alliance, reseller, MSP, cloud, or technology partners
- Experience with partner onboarding, activation, or success programs
- Familiarity with LMS, certification, or enablement platforms
- Experience working across APAC markets and cultures
- Background in SaaS, cloud, observability, or infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge of partner recruitment, segmentation, or consumption-based business models
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and project management skills
- Experience developing or delivering onboarding, training, certification, or enablement programs
- Data-driven, organized, and skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Passionate about helping partners grow and succeed
