Job Summary
Lead and grow the Labor & Employment practice across counseling, litigation, and compliance matters; advise mid-sized to emerging-growth businesses, executives, and investors on employment-related strategy, investigations, and risk mitigation; handle discrimination/harassment/retaliation claims, wage and hour issues, employment contracts and executive compensation, restrictive covenants and trade secret disputes, internal investigations and workforce restructurings, and labor union issues including NLRB proceedings; collaborate across practice areas to provide integrated, client-centric solutions; contribute to thought leadership, mentor junior attorneys, and support practice development initiatives.
