Job Summary
Partner-level Labor & Employment role based in Nashville, leading the firm’s Labor & Employment practice across counseling, litigation, and compliance for mid-sized to emerging-growth businesses. Advise on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour (FLSA/state wage laws), employment contracts and executive compensation, restrictive covenants and trade secret disputes, internal investigations, and workforce restructurings; collaborate with Corporate, M&A, and Litigation teams to deliver integrated client solutions; mentor junior attorneys and contribute to practice development; ideal candidate has 10+ years of focused Labor & Employment experience, a portable book of business, and a practical, business-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of focused Labor & Employment law experience
- Strong litigation, counseling, and negotiation experience
- Portable book of business $500K+ preferred
