Job Summary
Salaried Partner in the Employee Defection and Trade Secrets group at a national law firm. Must bring a portable book of business between $400K–$800K and join a team handling high-stakes employee mobility and trade secrets matters. Responsibilities include leading cases from TRO hearings through trial, representing clients in urgent disputes involving restrictive covenants, confidentiality, and unfair competition, coordinating computer-forensic investigations, and serving as lead counsel. Requires extensive TRO and emergency-litigation experience, first-chair trial experience, active bar membership in a relevant state, and ability to contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented practice.
Required Qualifications
- Portable book of business between $400K and $800K
- Strong background in trade secrets and employee mobility litigation
- Extensive TROs, injunctions, and emergency litigation procedures
- Experience managing computer forensic investigations in litigation contexts
- Demonstrated first-chair trial experience
- Active bar membership in the state corresponding to one of the listed office locations
