Job Summary
Partner Development role driving growth of our partner ecosystem for a global India-UK-EU-MEA-SEA footprint. Responsibilities include identifying, engaging, onboarding and nurturing strategic partnerships; onboarding partners with qualification, NDA and agreements; co-marketing and joint sales initiatives; maintaining long-term partner relationships; collaborating with internal teams to execute partner strategies; and acting as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries with a focus on expanding market reach and accelerating revenue growth through partners. Required skills include strong communication and negotiation, experience with CRM/MR/PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, PartnerStack), ability to work cross-functionally, and a track record in SaaS partner development; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1-4 years in partner development, business development, inside sales in SaaS with a focus on revenue growth
- Proven success in building and managing partner relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM, MR, and PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, PartnerStack)
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
- MBA/PGDM degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
