Job Summary
Product Buyer – Contracting & Hotels: Negotiate and manage hotel contracts, rates, inventory, and commercial terms; ensure contract accuracy and compliance; build long-term supplier relationships; monitor sales performance, forecast pacing, and profitability; analyze pricing and performance; coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Inventory, Operations, Revenue, Marketing, Payload) and support invoicing, inventory resolutions, and staff travel initiatives; provide hotel and destination knowledge and mentor product specialists; proficiency in Excel and data reporting; knowledge of TTS and Sirev systems; knowledge of travel/tour operator regulations; bilingual ability is an asset; role based in Toronto with hybrid work potential.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in travel, product, contracting, or supplier management.
