Job Summary
Drive growth for Pedab's software business in Sweden and the Nordic region by strengthening partner engagement, accelerating software growth, and creating commercial momentum across Pedab’s ecosystem. Lead business planning, partner development, go-to-market activities, and vendor growth initiatives while collaborating with vendors, reseller partners and internal sales teams to drive adoption and market expansion. Build opportunities, pipeline, and measurable results through strategic relationship management with partner owners, business-unit leaders, sales management, and executive stakeholders. The role focuses on software, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure software within a channel-driven environment, requiring entrepreneurial energy, relationship-building, and a structured, results-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in software, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure software or related technology environments
- Experience with vendors, partners and customers in a channel-driven business model
- Ability to develop business opportunities, build partner engagement and drive commercial growth
- Ability to create business plans, pipeline, and go-to-market activities
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building across stakeholders
