Job Summary
Partner Development Manager at iManage focused on growing partner revenue through field-facing, execution-driven activities across strategic technology partners. Build and execute joint go-to-market and co-sell strategies, manage partner pipeline and coach partners to accelerate deal velocity, and create joint business plans with clear goals and timelines. Drive monthly/quarterly business reviews, evangelize iManage’s value proposition across partner organizations, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to sharpen go-to-market execution. Identify new market opportunities through competitive intelligence and partner feedback, orchestrate complex partner escalations with urgency, and enable cross-functional alignment to expand partner reach. Requires 5+ years in partner management/sales/business development in tech, 3+ years ISV ecosystem experience, 5+ years of co-selling with channel partners, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to engage with senior leaders. In-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays with flexible balance, and a hybrid work arrangement in London.
Required Qualifications
