Partner Development Manager, Fitness & Wellness - Stuttgart

Job Summary
Partner Development Manager responsible for acquiring high-value fitness and wellness partners across the DACH region for the ClassPass platform. The role combines field and inside sales with strong relationship-building to grow the partner network, identify new venues, and meet monthly quotas. Will engage with studios, spas, and wellness brands, maintain Salesforce records for forecasting and pipeline visibility, and present readouts to prospective partners. The position is based in Germany (Stuttgart) with travel across the region and offers a remote work arrangement with an option to use WeWork facilities.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience focused on fast-paced, B2B transactional sales using Field and Inside sales tactics
- Proven sales record of meeting or exceeding monthly quotas and OKRs
- Familiarity with local fitness, wellness or related industry in the region is a plus
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft and Microsoft Suite
- Based in Stuttgart, travel across the broader region
- Fluent in German and English
