Job Summary
Partner Development Executive role focused on building and expanding SUSE's partner network and driving mutual growth through indirect sales. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining joint business plans with strategic partners, driving pipeline through partner-led opportunities, coordinating with Account Executives, leading partner management meetings, recruiting and onboarding new partners, and creating go-to-market solutions to align partner capabilities with SUSE’s open-source solutions (Linux, Hybrid Cloud, Edge, AI, and Security). Requires strong relationship-building with CXO-level executives, experience in enterprise software ecosystems, and capability to manage complex sales dynamics using frameworks like MEDDPICC; proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari) and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Emphasis on delivering business outcomes, revenue growth, and partner-driven demand generation with a global, open, and collaborative mindset.
