Partner Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Lead partner-led implementation projects by providing oversight on shared frameworks, coordinating between partners and internal Services, Data, and Support teams, and acting as the escalation point for technical issues. Assess add-on project success, guide partners on architecting integrations, and transition clients and their data onto Addepar. Educate Sales, Marketing, and Services on partnership offerings, create enablement materials, and document processes while prioritizing multiple simultaneous engagements. Maintain authority on Addepar solutions to unlock client value and support the scaling of the Partnership Services program.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must have, and maintain, the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment

- 7+ years experience in Financial Services or Consulting in related fields in client/ partner facing roles
- 2+ years experience implementing Addepar clients
- Candidates must have outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- The ideal candidate must be independent, adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to train and communicate optimally with clients via email, on the phone and face-to-face in one-on-one and group settings
- Passion for technology and finance
- Experience with programming/scripting, specifically Python
- Occasional Travel
