Job Summary
Join our established law firm as a Partner specializing in employment litigation, where you'll defend clients in various claims, conduct in-depth legal research, and develop case strategies while working closely with clients and colleagues in a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
- Current California bar admission, in good standing
- Significant employment litigation experience required
- Excellent writer with attention to detail
- Effective oral communication skills
- Must be a team player with exceptional personal interaction skills and responsiveness
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Must be comfortable handling court appearances and have some experience participating in depositions and mediations
Desired Qualifications
- Trial experience is preferred, but not required
