Job Summary
Lead liaison between Coastal's CCBX Baas division and lending partners to monitor and reduce credit risk; develop lending partner programs and policies; oversee credit analysis, underwriting standards, and regulatory reporting; prepare board and management reports; manage day-to-day credit risk operations and data integrity; collaborate across departments and with legal counsel; requires strong communication, analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint; 7+ years in credit administration/underwriting; bachelor's and master's degrees preferred; role focuses on credit policy development, risk monitoring, and partnership governance within Banking as a Service.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure timely and effective communication
- Advanced skills/experience/education in report writing, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases
- Cooperative, professional attitude with strategic partners, legal counsel, and co-workers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in banking credit underwriting, finance, accounting, or economics
- Master’s degree or equivalent in experience/education preferred
- 7+ years' experience in Credit Administration and underwriting experience for consumer and commercial loans
