Partner Credit Analyst

Job Summary
Evaluate and manage data related to partner banking lending, loan purchases, and sales. Serve as the primary point of contact for analyzing loan performance, communicating metrics to internal and external stakeholders, and creating portfolio dashboards and reports. Resolve technical and operational issues while researching new products to support loan growth. Collaborate with IT on data reporting and assist credit administration and processing teams on ad hoc projects. Work full-time, in-person in the downtown Seattle office with one day of remote work allowed after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of business, economics and/or finance acquired through education and experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Data visualization skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Daily in-person work
- Physically attending work on a set and predictable schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with SQL and other coding languages
- 1-2 years of finance experience; in capital markets, investment banking, structured credit or other relevant areas
- A bachelor's degree in finance, math, statistics, business administration, or related field
