Job Summary
Partner Coordinator at Bygghemma Nordic manages and optimizes partner performance across product suppliers and field service operations. Responsibilities include overseeing partner claims, operational processes, and packaging optimization to meet performance standards and support profitability. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen delivery performance, integration quality, and operational efficiency. Example tasks include optimizing shipment flows, managing invoicing of partner claims and return charges, monitoring supplier performance via KPIs, handling product and SLA claims toward suppliers, and ensuring fast resolution and accountability in partner-related issues. The role requires analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking with a strong interest in logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce operations, plus strong MS Office skills and fluency in Swedish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in transportation, logistics, or similar fields
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics flows, and/or e-commerce models
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics-related systems
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Preferred qualifications: Education in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- Experience in supplier or partner management
- Background in e-commerce or retail
- Experience with OMS, WMS, or delivery management systems
