Establishes trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite leaders of partners, drives strategic alignment and multi-year partner business plans; builds partner capability; shapes long-range strategic vision; maintains knowledge of Archer solutions and market trends to guide commercial strategy; coaches partners to transform sales motions, optimize pipeline, and drive demand-generation activities; leads cross-functional campaigns and resource allocation to maximize revenue; ensures accountability through structured rhythm of business.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of GRC or Cyber related solution sales (enterprise focus strongly preferred)
  • Track record of achieving quotas
  • Proven ability to grow revenue with partners
  • Familiarity with GRC, IRM, risk management, regulatory compliance, or third-party governance
  • Strong communication skills—able to engage executive stakeholders and build trust
  • Self-driven and organized with a consultative selling mindset
