Job Summary
In this role, you will serve as an operational services trusted advisor to partners, fostering strategic, high-impact relationships to drive joint growth for HPE. Responsibilities include crafting and executing business plans that enhance services revenue, coaching partners on strategic market opportunities, and translating HPE's offerings into partner solutions. You will collaborate with sales and specialists to maximize deal velocity and market impact, oversee partner operations, and ensure compliance with HPE standards. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in sales or partner relations, strong commercial instincts, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2–5+ years in selling or partner-facing roles (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record building relationships, solving commercial problems and driving measurable results
- Strong commercial instincts -- understanding P&L basics, forecasting and how to shape profitable deals
- Tech-savvy with ability to position HPE solutions against competitors
- Persuasive communicator and natural collaborator who can lead cross-functional initiatives
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with urgency and bias for action
