Job Summary
Partner Business Manager role designed as Hybrid (onsite ~2 days/week) at HPE. Serves as trusted adviser to Partners (VAR/Distributor/SI/ISV/MSP), orchestrating end-to-end revenue, profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts. Requires ability to articulate both global and local HPE strategies, align with Partner priorities, coordinate activities with HPE specialists, and drive mutual value through a scalable selling ecosystem. Builds executive-level relationships with Partners, drives partner engagement across sales cadence, marketing, education, forecasting, and business planning, and leads initiatives to expand HPE share in partner ecosystems. Educational background with a Bachelor's degree preferred; 6-10+ years of partner-facing selling experience; strong technology and sales acumen; ability to influence partner decisions and manage complex sales cycles.
Required Qualifications

- Experience selling to partners in a complex environment
