Job Summary

Partner Business Manager sought to grow and manage a portfolio of top B2B channel partners. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with partners and their sales teams, training partners on products and industry trends, acting as a trusted advisor to align portfolio opportunities with partner business models, driving the joint business plan and SoW/pipeline to achieve channel sales targets, collaborating with cross-team colleagues, and developing an annual business plan to grow market share. Key skills include strong communication, stakeholder management, business planning, pipeline discipline, and the ability to storytell about HP solutions in Finnish and English. Travel up to 50% within Finland/Baltics; a hybrid work arrangement is available in Finland.

Required Qualifications

  • University or Bachelor's degree or similar
  • Typically 3 -10 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Preferably knowledgeable in IT solutions
  • Experience in selling to reselling partners in a complex environment
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
  • Estonian, Lithuanian and Latvian a merit
