Partner Business Manager

Job Summary
Partner Business Manager to develop and grow business with an assigned portfolio of top B2B channel partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, act as central point of contact for management and sales teams regarding HP-related business, motivate and drive the partner’s sales force, conduct training sessions on products, services, and industry trends, and serve as a trusted advisor to align portfolio solutions with the partner’s business model. Drive the joint business plan, quarterly activity plan, and opportunity pipeline to maximize Share of Wallet and achieve channel sales targets. Collaborate with cross-team colleagues, including end-user account managers. Develop a deep knowledge of HP programs, tools, and processes to ensure operational excellence and disciplined follow-up. Create and execute a business plan for growth in the upcoming year. Required travel to Finland/Baltics; hybrid work options available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-10 years of experience in sales or account management
- Experience selling to reselling partners in a complex environment
- Fluent in Finnish and English
