Job Summary
Partner Business Development role responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing partners across the Americas to adopt ServiceNow’s AI platform in their reference architectures and GTM plays. Key duties include partner identification & recruitment, practice penetration to embed AI in partner offerings, joint pipeline development with measurable quarterly impact, driving customer design wins and partner enablement, and representing ServiceNow with partners in-market. Requires a track record of sourcing pipeline, influencing partner business models, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve joint GTM success; English fluency is required with Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in partner business development, ISV/channel sales, or enterprise software sales in the Americas
- Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem and platform adoption
- Proven ability to influence partners’ business models and reference architectures
- Demonstrated success in building joint pipeline with partners and supporting closure of deals
- Excellent collaboration skills, with proven ability to align partners and field sellers to execute joint GTM
- Strong communication, organizational, and executive engagement skills
- Fluency in English required; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus
