Partner Associate

Partner Associate (Account Manager) to strengthen relationships with dealers, OEMs and strategic partners in Queensland; educate key contacts on how to sell Oly novated leases and assist resellers on digital strategies. You will establish strong relationships with key contacts in Queensland to form long-term strategic alliances, provide exceptional service, facilitate onsite education presentations and identify opportunities for increased lead generation and novated leasing growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with dealers, OEMs, and partners, delivering engaging training sessions, driving lead generation and partner engagement, reporting on performance, and supporting strategic initiatives to position Oly as a market leader. You will bring highly developed relationship-building experience, a track record of meeting targets, CRM/digital tools proficiency, and strong communication and presentation skills.
