Job Summary
Facilitate authentic partnerships with local churches and ministries, coordinate mission trip logistics, and lead a minimum of two trips annually. Document communications with partners, provide regular encouragement, and oversee host pastor reviews while collaborating with the Regional Operations Manager to match teams with partners. Accomplish initial welcome calls, assist in trip preparations, and ensure itineraries meet host goals. Train seasonal staff and volunteers, lead pre-trip setup, and support teams during mission seasons. Maintain a personal witness for Jesus Christ, attend mandatory staff events, and meet regularly with a supervisor to track KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside within the assigned region
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must maintain a personal relationship with and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong relational skills
- Ability to interact well with people of diverse educational, linguistic, and socio-economic backgrounds
- A cheerful, diplomatic demeanor with a concern for spiritual well-being
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to travel to field sites to assist in pre-trip setup and lead mission teams (up to 20% of the time)
- Capable of working in a pressured, fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or a minimum of two years related work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Ideal candidates may be individuals who pair this job with other part time or coordinating ministry, to further support their local pastors and non-profit leaders
- Financial management experience is preferred
- Biblical studies are strongly preferred
