Job Summary
Lead partner development by fostering authentic relationships with local churches and non-profit ministries, ensuring deep, long-term connections that support community outreach. Coordinate logistics for mission trips, manage pre-trip setup, and provide Christ-centered leadership for at least two annual trips. Maintain regular communication with host pastors and group leaders, document all interactions, and oversee seasonal staff training while adhering to PPM policies and KPIs. This part-time role requires 15 hours weekly, with applications open until August 9, 2026. Candidates must reside in the assigned Alaska region and hold a valid driver's license.
