Job Summary
Partner Activation and Acceleration Specialist role within Thomson Reuters' Partnerships & Alliances, based in Mexico City in a hybrid environment. Own partner onboarding, activation, and acceleration across assigned regions and segments to reduce time-to-activation and improve partner time-to-revenue. Identify onboarding bottlenecks, monitor progress, and create training materials and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and embed scalable activation practices. Support pricing analyses for offerings in partnership channels. Contribute to PAAT playbooks, SOPs, and workflows. Work across cultures/time zones with US-based leadership and regional counterparts. Travel as needed. Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years in partnerships or related roles; strong stakeholder management; English required; hybrid 2-3 days in office; Mexico City location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, partner onboarding, business development, or related roles, preferably within enterprise software
- Demonstrated ability to manage deal workflows, SLAs, and operational processes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable engaging with sales and commercial teams at all levels
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and driving process improvement initiatives
- High ownership mindset and accountability to outcomes
- Solutions orientation with proactive recommendations
- Comfort with ambiguity and decision-making in evolving environments
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency recommended for Mexico/Spain roles
- Ability to travel as needed
