Job Summary
Partner Activation and Acceleration Specialist within Thomson Reuters’ Partnerships & Alliances, leading partner onboarding, activation, and acceleration across assigned regions and segments. Owns the onboarding/activation journey, identifies bottlenecks, documents findings, and creates training materials and process improvements to boost partner productivity and win rates. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Commercial Excellence, Pricing, Legal, and other stakeholders to embed scalable activation practices, supports pricing analyses for new/renewal/upsell offerings, contributes to PAAT playbooks and SOPs, and helps evolve the PAAT operating model. Must operate across cultures/time zones with English proficiency required and Spanish recommended for Spain-based roles; able to travel as needed. The role emphasizes high ownership, solutions orientation, and customer/partner obsession in a hybrid work environment in Madrid, Spain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, partner onboarding, business development, or related roles
- Experience in enterprise software
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency recommended for Spain-based roles
- Ability to travel as needed
